The only difference between the Full (68 MB) build and the Core (8 MB) builds listed below is the larger one contains the required Microsoft Access 2007 components. Both function as a 60 Day free trial and both can be used to upgrade any PzDB installation you may have.
 

PzDB 1.3:

PzDB 1.3 Full Build (68 MB)
Includes PzDB core files, documentation, and Microsoft Access components.  Functions as 60 day free trial then requires activation with a
 PzDB 1.3. License.  (1.X to 1.3 License conversion is available here.)

PzDB 1.3 Upgrade/Core Build (for current users of PzDB or Microsoft Access version 2007 only) / 8MB
Includes PzDB core files and documentation.   Functions as 60 day free trial then requires activation.
